Really Foggy Windows. how do I get rid of it??!!!?

No smart- alec comments please. It wasn't this way all the time before, but especially now, it's really bad. If we have the defroster on, it goes away of course, but only the front windows, the rest look like my wife and I have been making out for hours inside.
