Have any of you been through a foreclosure in CO lately? I'm looking for some basic answers of how it goes.

We just recieved the notice of the auction date for Nov. 21. Do we have to be out by then? Will we be sent some kind of notice of that or are we supposed to know on our own? Isn't there supposed to be some kind of court proceedings before hand? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.
