In what ways are Jehovah's Witnesses a 'loving people'?

I believe you are totally mistaken. We are not told to hate people. We hate the"world" in the sense that as a whole it has ignored the teachings of God. Governments have brutally ruled, and killed in the name of God. The bible says"the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one". Of course that is Satan the devil. If you choose not to talk to us at the door,we do not consider you an opposer. You haven't spoke bad about Jehovah, he knows that. We do believe in preaching about God's kingdom. If we didn't care about people ,why would we bother? Actually, not preaching would show that we would be selfish people. It would mean we wouldn't care if anyone lived or died. But, we do. Remember , almost all of Jehovah's people are from other religions. So, we have been on your side of the door and like myself probably argued and called witnesses nut cakes. I did. So, we sincerely care about people. Believe me,going door to door is not easy , knowing most people are going to dislike you. What benefit would that be to any witness? I'd love to sit in on Sunday afternoons and watch football, but, peoples lives take precedent over my pleasures. So, I was in your shoes once. Believe me, it 's a lot easier going along with the rest of the crowd. Sticking to bible principles is very tough in our times....Mark
