Needing sum help....?

well im going out with this boy nd he is ALLWAYZZZ getting jealous because i have more guy freinds than girl friends nd when i ask him if he's mad at me....he juz says no....but then he tell all of our freinds that hes so annoyed by me nd stuff lyke that nd its kinda getting on my nerves.....i really like this guy.. but i dont no how i can deal with him and school nd work...should i juz stop hanging out with my guy freinds.....i dont want 2 but i juz dont no wat he wants me 2 do!!!
