What do i have to ask for at the sheriffs office if i want an officer present when i move out,,?

...when you're ready to go... call the Sheriff and ask for a Deputy to come to the residence to "Keep the Peace" (explain to them what's going on and why.) ...that will do it, "they" will help you.
