A lil help?

Hey guys i have a few questions, well let me start from the beginning...today my chihuahua dog (1 year old female) went under the fence to my neighbors yard who has 2 agressive pitbulls ( we think they abuse the pits, since they are so agressive and are always thirsty for the water we use to flower out plants) anyways, the two pits attacked my chihuahua, and basically tried to shred her...i was lookin for her outside, when i heard screams, i thought it was a baby cryin, but dats when i recognized the screams..i run to my yard, and im find out my dogs being attacked by the pits, and shes cornered too....i try to jump the fence to keep the pits off, but my dad keeps me off sayin the pits will attack me...im standin there cryin, and the owner of the pits tries to get da pits off, but its really hard...so finally he grabs my dog, (my dog bites his finger, becuz shes in sooo much pain, dats wat our vet said)...well we get our dog back, and you cant go near her, shes cryin in pain, and bit
