No. With any crime there always factors that are common, and not so common, and some factors which are totally unidentifiable. Having such a guide may actually be counter productive in discovering who committed the specific crime. Another acspect which your list misses out is "was the crime merely opportunist by someone without a criminal record"? Believe me, do not discount that as it happend more than you would imagine
