I have a question in TURBO PASCAL!! PLZ HELP MEE!!?

Okay, so I have to find out how to add the even numbers between a number and a number and displaying it on the screen while using the WHILE-DO loop. For example, If I enter the number 5 the program would get all even number from 1 to 5 and add them, displaying the sum which is 6. Also, I need to do the same thing but with odd numbers. So far I have nothing, so If you have anything that can be of help, please tell me! Thank you so much!
