I cut my upper lip shaving 2 days ago and now it's swelling up.?

i used hydrogen peroxide to disinfect it and it stopped bleeding and closed up. but then when i woke up this morning, the same spot where i cut myself turned into a tiny pimple and through out the day, it's been throbbing, gradually growing, and it feels like a cold sore. could it be that or something else?
