How to make my ex boyfriend wish he had me back?

I've got him whipped, so says my guy friend who's also friends with my ex. It's super complicated, but I pretty much don't like him. And I don't know how he feels. I was the one to end it, and he's pressured by that, so makes up for it by being a jerk. He's a total ********, but I get him, and he was sweet to me. He doesn't know how to talk to girls, and comes on too fast, but somehow I managed to slow it down and get a serious relationship. He loved me more, you could tell. I loved him, but I just didn't want a boyfriend and wasn't feeling it. That's why it ended. And now he is a total jerk, and can't get a girl. I want to know how to make myself prettier, and radiant, and so sweet, and make him know what he's missing and want it bad. Like I said, it's complicated, and this isn't even a fraction of the story.
