Front landing is drooping?

My 34 year old house has a concrete porch landing (5 foot by 7 foot) with its own foundation ,which is connected to the house foundation . It's drooping about 5 or 6 inches in the front do to under mining is there anything that i can do to lift it back to true without replacing the whole landing?
